About Me

Bio

I fell in love with games at a very young age while growing up in Massachusetts, and received my first game development kit before the age of 10. Throughout my teenage years, I developed a number of independent projects, culminating in the release of a 3-year graphic adventure game project, 'AfterShocked!'.

While achieving my computer science degree at USC in Los Angeles, I developed the large indie platformer Between Heaven and Hell. I also developed the arcade action game Arcanosphere as a collaborative effort in one of my many courses within the Game Design and Management minor.

I received my first break in the game industry with a job in quality assurance at Blizzard Entertainment, where I learned the ropes of how a large QA department functions effectively working on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. My next gig was Development Support at Tilted Mill Entertainment, a mix of quality assurance and production where I was quickly promoted to a lead role. I've gained experience in everything from team management to build creation to technical documentation (and just about everything in-between) while working on SimCity Societies and its expansion pack Destinations.

Currently, I remain involved with independent game development as I search for a new studio to call my professional home.

Philosophy

I take each and every one of my projects very seriously, and consistently put 110% into my work on a daily basis. The prospect of being able to entertain thousands of gamers gives me a great sense of satisfaction, and provides exactly the spark I need to produce high-quality work. Game development is more than a job for me - it's something I care deeply about.

Interests

As a huge film buff, I'm actively involved in screenwriting, editing, and acting on small projects. In recent years, I've found music production to be a fun and rewarding endeavor as well. Physical fitness is also important to me, and I try to keep a consistent workout regimen.
